Meet The Founder
Steve has been active in real estate since 2018. He started out fix and flipping single family houses and self-managing short term rentals before transitioning to vacant land. Shady Nook Acreage was created out of necessity and passion. A passion for land and real estate. Necessity because like many others, he was impacted by a large company layoff. His goal is to provide exceptional customer service while offering a client-centric approach which is tailored to your specific circumstance.
